It began with a dream
In 2013 Glenn Carter had a dream. Capturing that dream on paper was his first step into the world of Paul Fox.
Glenn was born in Ireland and moved to Scotland when he was eighteen, where he lives with his wife and three daughters. Glenn works for the NHS and enjoys reading, football and playing video games with his kids.
